The U.S. Embassy in Brussels is looking for an Assistant Make Ready Coordinator (Housing Clerk) to join the General Services Office Housing Team.
Prepares vacant housing units for occupancy (approximately 260-unit residential housing program). Serves as the Assistant Contracting Officer’s Representative for all make ready contracts, arranges payment to contractors and vendors, overseas the appropriate scheduling, and other administrative tasks associated with the contracts. Conducts pre-check out inspections.

Salary as of €3.766 gross/month.
EDUCATION: Completion of secondary school.
EXPERIENCE: Two years of customer service experience. Driver’s license B.
LANGUAGE: Fluency in English. Good working knowledge in French or Dutch.
